I just bought a Volvo XC40 T5 PHEV (through carwow) with Donalds of Ipswich. I bought on PCP with a good deal, APR 5.9%. Its one of the most straightforward car purchases I have ever done. Car came as specced and slightly ahead of time. They weren't very generous on the part exchange price, so i sold my previous car privately. Aaron was very good, highly responsive, and professional. The new dealership is very nice. Excellent handover and very pleased with the new car. Only negatives were I had to pay extra for Apple CarPlay ( a carwow mistake), and have to buy an extra charging cable to charge from public charging points.
Car serviced plus four tyres, delivered back spotless, and running perfect, first class service as always.
Excellent customer service from beginning to end. On my last service I requested I required my car back by 14:00 and by midday received call stating all complete. The courtesy car was very similar to my own car also. Current Covid setup was also reassuring.
Had a recall on my XC60 .the fault was corrected. And the the staff there was very friendly
